Course Content:

Active* Response: Safe Signposting for SVH is a supportive and engaging 3-hour training that equips participants with basic knowledge, confidence and practical skills to respond compassionately and effectively when someone discloses an experience of sexual violence. Through discussion, interactive activities and real-world scenarios, participants learn how to listen without judgment, provide a trauma-informed response, connect individuals with appropriate supports, and care for their own wellbeing. The training empowers participants to play an active role in creating safer, more supportive communities where people feel heard, believed, and supported.
